EU LCS team Misfits terminated its contract with Byung-kwon "KaKAO" Lee.

According to ESPN’s reporting, sources inside Misfits indicate that the team has ended its contract with KaKAO and a new jungler will soon fill his spot. Apparently, KaKAO, who has played as a Misfits jungler for about five months since last December, is now a free agent.

KaKAO played on KT Rolster as a jungler until 2014 and won the LCK summer championship the same year. After leaving KT, he joined Invictus Gaming and took the team to the 2015 Worlds. After the 2015 season, he transferred to Wan Yoo Dream in the Chinese secondary league, LSPL, and then joined Misfits last December.

It remains to be seen where KaKAO will head next.
