Players will be able to buy skins and champions through their mobile phones.

Riot Games Korea have announced (Link in Korean) that they are now accepting beta testers for their newest mobile application, 'LoL Mobile Shop' - the mobile version of League of Legend's in-game shop.

Through LoL Mobile Shop, players can browse the in-game shop on their mobile phone and purchase champions and champion skins. Players will also be able to purchase RP directly from the application, making it the one-stop solution for players to purchase new skins, champions and limited time offers whenever they'd like.

Riot Games Korea also stated that there are plans to expand the application's functionality, such as loot support, and the test will be open for both iOS and Android devices. Unfortunately, as of now, the application will only accept 500 beta testers in KR server.

According to Riot Games Korea employee, the application may be offered to other regions in future: "Depending on how well it [LoL Mobile Shop] is received in Korea, it may be released in other regions in future."
