Kang “TheShy” Seung-rok has joined Weibo Gaming. Last week, Invictus Gaming had announced that TheShy was leaving the team to become a free agent. There were many speculations about where he would be headed next, and it turned out that his final decision was Weibo Gaming.

TheShy started playing for Invictus Gaming in 2017, while he shared time with Lee “Duke” Ho-seong. In 2018, TheShy’s performance hit its peak as he won the world championship and brought success to the team. With his aggressive playstyle, TheShy quickly gained popularity around the world.

Weibo Gaming is new in the LPL, as Suning was rebranded to Weibo Gaming. With the announcement, they said, “We welcome TheShy to the team. We hope to walk in hands to create new achievements and set sail for dreams.”
