Dignitas has been wheeling and dealing this off-season. DIG announced on November 17 that support Vincent "Biofrost" Wang would be signed following the departure of Zaqueri "aphromoo" Black, who is reportedly heading to FlyQuest. Biofrost most recently played for TSM at the 2020 League of Legends World Championship, but took a competitive break for the 2021 season.

DIG's first moves were the aforementioned parting of ways with aphromoo, who was the team's starting support for the past two seasons. In addition, DIG Academy top laner Samson "Lourlo" Jackson also parted ways with the organization after his two-year tenure.

Dignitas also parted ways with jungler Matthew "Akaadian" Higginbotham shortly after the departure of aphromoo and Lourlo. Akaadian spent time during the past two seasons as the starting jungler for Dignitas before the acquisition of Joshua "Dardoch" Hartnett ahead of the 2020 LCS Summer Split and after his mid-split departure this past summer. AD carry Toàn "Neo" Trần and top laner Aaron "FakeGod" Lee have been retained for the 2022 LCS season.

Dignitas has named a head coach for 2022 by signing Ilias "Enatron" Theodorou. Enatron most recently coached NASR Turkey in the TCL this past summer, and before that, was the head coach for Misfits in the 2021 LEC Spring Split. In addition, analyst Jim "Vynarian" Morrison has been named Senior Manager of Team Operations in a role expansion. Lenny Weirsma will be Dignitas' Director of Performance; the PHD was previously a sport psychologist for Olympians.

A report by Jacob Wolf during the Dot Esports Free Agency Show points towards Dignitas rounding out its LCS 2022 roster with jungler Kim "River" Dong-woo and mid laner Ersin "Blue" Gören. PSG Talon recently parted ways with River and head coach Kwon "Helper" Yeong-jae, and Blue is currently under contract with SK Gaming through November 21, 2022, which would mean that DIG would have to acquire Blue's contract from SK to sign him.
