XSET announced on Wednesday that they have signed the VALORANT roster of NOTHING2LOSE to create XSET Female. The signing comes just in time for the VCT Game Changers Series 3, a tournament series that NOTHING2LOSE had already qualified for when XSET signed them.

The new XSET Female roster includes:

• Katherine "starriebun" So
• Carolynn "artStar" Noquez
• Maryna
• Elena "EllieTwitches" Garland
• Ariane "ARIANARCHIST" Lafrenièr
• Daniel "Ducky" Duong (coach)

This roster has proven themselves to be a serious contender over the last few months. Starting in May, NOTHING2LOSE improved with every tournament, eventually winning the VCT 2021 Game Changers Academy series in both July and August, and then qualifying for the VCT 2021: Game Changes Series 3 earlier this week. 

For Starriebun, Maryna, ARIANARCHIST, EllieTwitches, and coach Ducky, XSET is the first organization to sign them to pro contracts, though both Starriebun and ARIANARCHIST did trial periods with TSM Female earlier this year before joining NOTHING2LOSE. Maryna is only 16 years old at the time of signing her first pro contract with XSET.

artStar, on the other hand, is a retired CS:GO FE champion who won multiple female titles with Team Dignitas Female and Team Karma between 2016 and 2019. 

XSET Female will debut on Thursday against Cloud9 White's star-studded all-female roster at the VCT Game Changers Series 3.
