Blizzard announced its plans to produce a graphically remastered version of StarCraft: Brood War today at “I Love StarCraft” held in Seoul, Korea. This makes the original StarCraft and its Brood War expansion free to play as soon as the 1.18 patch hits live.

Observer/Spectator Mode

Crossplay support between StarCraft: Brood War

Accounts can be linked to SC:BW accounts

System requirements will be similar to that of Hearthstone
