T1 announced that they have agreed to an MOU with a B2B SaaS developer startup, bemyfriend. Both companies will be working together to build a commerce & fan community platform.

The company, bemyfriend, are the creators of the ‘Weverse’ app; they possess technology and the operational know-how to in building a global commerce and community platform services for global K-pop artists’ fans, will be providing technological support in optimizing T1’s commerce platform, as well as building a fan community. Both companies will be working together in providing brand new experiences for their global fanbase.

The COO of T1, John Kim, commented, “Through this MOU, we look forward to expanding T1’s brand, and will be investing a lot of time and effort in working together with bemyfriend.”

The CEO of bemyfriend, Bae Sang-hoon commented, “We’re thrilled to work with T1, who are looking to further expand their business in the global esports market. We’ll be actively supporting T1 for them to build a long-term, intimate relationship with their customers, and will be providing solutions to provide revolutionary experiences for their customers.
