The winner of Week 4 Weekly Finals of the 2021 PUBG Global Invitational.S was Zenith. Zenith fought fiercely against Digital Athletics in the last match and finally came up on top. By securing the chicken dinner in the 7th and 10th matches, Zenith collected an aggregate of $352,459 prize money and soared to the top in the prize money leaderboard.
The prize money pool for the 4th week was set at $300,000. Zenith claimed half of that by taking 1st place, and they secured an additional $200,459 to add to the aggregate from the crowdfunding. Following Zenith was Faze Clan, who didn’t qualify for this week’s Weekly Finals, but won the previous Weekly Finals. Digital Athletics came up from near the bottom by securing 2nd place for this week.
In the bottom 16 matches, Shoot To Kill collected 103 points with two chicken dinners to become the first team on the waiting list for next week’s Weekly Survival. DWG KIA, Faze Clan, and Buriram United Esports will follow in order. Unfortunately for Triumphant Song Gaming, they finished last in the bottom 16 matches and will have to skip a week in the Weekly Survival.
PGI.S will continue next Tuesday with the fifth week of the series. The prize money pool for Week 5 will be increased to $600,000 plus the crowdfunding.
