The possibility of Suning selling off their League of Legends team became very real.
On Feb. 28th, multiple Chinese media outlets reported that the Suning Holdings Group has shut down all operations of their football (soccer) club due to financial strains from COVID-19. Recently, the founder of Suning, Zhang Jindong, shared that “It’s time to focus on our retail sales, so we need to close down whatever is necessary.”
Following this news, rumors of the LPL team, Suning, being sold off started to circulate within China. Chinese journalists are all predicting that Suning Holdings Group will shut down all of their sports operations, and the LPL insiders are all unison in saying that Suning will be sold off as well.
Suning is struggling to find their color this split, as they’re in 11th place with a 4-5 record. Despite such underperformance, LPL insiders speculate that there are a lot of enterprises looking to buy the team.

I honestly think this team will be great. They are a solid team with a few issues, but they seem to be coming closer to figuring it out. And honestly SOFM is amazing in the jungle
