On Nov. 23rd, Hanwha Life Esports announced the acquisition of two new players, top laner Park “Morgan” Gi-tae and jungler Kim “Winter” Yo-han.
Morgan is a top laner who spent most of his time in the LPL. His recent tenure was with Team WE, as he joined the team in Dec, 2019. Winter, on the other hand, is most notable for his time in Challengers Korea, under Spear Gaming. Winter’s recent tenure is with Gen.G, where he played for their academy roster.
As most of HLE’s key players of their 2020 roster have left the organization, the organization looks to rebuild for the upcoming season. Both players are still young prospects in the scene, so it’ll be curious to see whether or not they’ll be able to perform at a higher level than their veteran predecessors, Lee “CuVee” Sung-jin and Kang “Haru” Min-seung.
