Counter Logic Gaming has parted ways with Mid Laner Lee "Crown" Min-ho. Crown started for CLG's LCS team through the first four weeks of the 2020 League of Legends Championship Series Spring Split.

Crown struggled mightily in his eight games with CLG, and was replaced by Eugene "Pobelter" Park in week 5 of the 2020 LCS Spring Split. Before being transferred to CLG, Pobelter was a Positional Coach for Team Liquid after failing to find a LCS starting spot in the off-season following his parting of ways with FlyQuest.

CLG is still in last place after six weeks of play, but the team has looked far more cohesive than it did with Crown in the mid lane, and secured its 2nd win of the season against TSM last weekend. Counter Logic Gaming AD Carry Trevor "Stixxay" Hayes attributed CLG's improvements in Pobelter's straightforwardness in giving the team feedback on their weak points.

"He's a pretty straightforward guy," Stixxay said of Pobelter in a post-game interview after the team's victory over TSM. "It's good to have someone who drives the conversation forward,."

CLG has improved since the start of the split, but currently possesses a 1-3 record with Pobelter for a total of 2-10 with six games to play. The pressure is on for CLG should they want to remain in contention for the 2020 LCS Spring Playoffs, and its matches against Team Liquid and Evil Geniuses in week 7 may decide whether playoffs is in the cards.
