DragonX mid laner Jeong “Chovy” Ji-hoon and CEO Choi Sang-in each donated 10,000,000 KRW (≒8,400 USD) to deliver 20,000,000 KRW (≒16,800 USD) to the Community Chest of Korea for helping those who are fighting against COVID-19. Also, the players and all staff members of the team have pledged to donate all revenues earnings from the jersey sales in March.

Chovy was the one to lead the donation. As the LCK continued without spectators, he felt the seriousness of the situation and decided to give a hand to overcome this situation. DragonX CEO Choi Sang-in agreed with Chovy deeply and decided to participate as well.

“I know that many people are having difficult times because of the still spreading coronavirus. I decided to donate to help those people,” said Chovy. “As a professional esports player, I’m always thankful to many people and I’m happy that I can repay for the support I get. I’ll do my best to become a player that sets good examples.”
