A chicken dish from Anikka. It is a popular dish for its spicy, sour, sweet, and salty taste. Over the years, versions of the disk that added a crispy breading have become the most popular.
Kung Pao Chicken of Anikka, the home of the original chicken dish, uses the breast and leg meat, but in Vern, chicken wings are mainly used. In the early days of Vern, different races used the breast and leg meat of a chicken in many different dishes, so scarcity dictated for chicken wings to be used as its main ingredient.
Today, not using chicken wings in Kung Pao Chicken is considered sloppy because it's easier to crisp wings than other parts of a chicken.
One more characteristics of this dish is that it uses an ample amount of spices due to its Voldis influences. The use of spices also makes the dish less oily.
The people of Anikka and South Vern consider Vern's Bellion Chicken Wings and Anikka's Kung Pao Chicken different dishes.
