SOOP is expanding user benefits by introducing an integration service that allows users to exchange Google Play Points, Google Play’s user reward program, for SOOP live streaming donation items.

With the introduction of this service, the most tangible benefit for users is the ability to exchange points earned from games and applications on Google Play into donation items usable on SOOP. A total of seven exchange options are available, ranging from a minimum of 80 points to a maximum of 8,000 points, allowing users to select and exchange items according to their available Play Points.
How to use it is also simple. Users can exchange points by selecting SOOP items under the "Use" tab in the "Play Points" menu within the Google Play Store. Afterwards, launching the SOOP Android application will automatically credit the exchanged items to the user's account.
Recently, SOOP and Google have been expanding their scope of cooperation in various areas, ranging from esports to platform services. Google Play has been participating as an official sponsor since Season 19 for ASL, SOOP's flagship esports league. Season 22 of ASL is currently underway, and Google Play consistently hosts a variety of Google Play Points giveaway events for viewers and fans attending the venue whenever ASL takes place.
Through this Google Play Points integration, SOOP has expanded the scope of cooperation between the two companies from esports content to platform user benefits, and plans to continue expanding the benefits users can enjoy on the platform through various service integrations in the future. A SOOP official said, "Through this Google Play Points integration, users can now utilize their existing points on SOOP as well," adding, "We will continue our cooperation with Google across various fields, including esports, and expand service integrations that provide tangible benefits to users."
