Gen.G defeated Hanwha Life Esports 3-1, once again successfully advancing to the Grand Finals this year.

In Game 4, Hanwha Life Esports recorded a flurry of kills early on. In particular, 'Zeka' on Sylas and 'Gumayusi' on Kalista racked up numerous kills, allowing Hanwha Life's core damage carries to scale rapidly. While the game was at risk of tilting early, Gen.G fought back effectively against Hanwha Life's invade into their jungle, turning the tables to take a gold lead instead.

Then in the top lane, 'Kiin' on Varus, assisted by 'Ruler' on Miss Fortune, killed 'Zeus' on Nasus and took down the top outer turret. The gap in top lane scaling widened significantly, and as Varus pressured up to the inner turret, 'Canyon' on Vi executed a dive to claim another kill on Nasus. Shortly after, another fight broke out top, where Gen.G displayed fantastic synergy to pick off Naafiri and Kalista before securing the Rift Herald.

Although Gen.G held a comfortable lead, they lacked a main tank, making skill usage and team synergy paramount in teamfights. With Varus completely dominating Nasus in the side lane, Gen.G steadily widened the gold gap. Rather than trading the Dragon to stall for time, Hanwha Life gathered all five players to prepare for a teamfight. During the standoff around the Dragon, Sylas and Nasus jumped onto Gen.G's damage carries, taking down Miss Fortune and Varus in what looked like a winning engagement for Hanwha Life, but 'Chovy' on Vex turned the tide to force a 4-for-4 trade. While Hanwha Life fought well, Gen.G ultimately secured the Dragon to reach three stacks.

Gen.G then picked off 'Delight' on Renata Glasc, successfully took Baron, and sequentially eliminated Sylas, Naafiri, and Nasus before destroying the mid inhibitor. Gen.G wasted no time. They broke through Hanwha Life's defense at the bottom inhibitor to claim victory and advance to the 2026 LCK Grand Finals.
