kt Rolster has clinched a playoff berth in the 2025 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) after snapping a nine-game losing streak against rival T1. The 2-0 sweep on Sunday not only ended a long skid in the “Telecom War” but also ensured kt’s place in the postseason without relying on outside results.

The victory moved kt Rolster to 13-15 in the standings. Even with losses in all remaining matches, the team will finish ahead of Nongshim RedForce, who sit in fifth place in the Legend Group and are locked into the Play-In stage. For T1, the loss cost them a chance to solidify sole possession of second place. Hanwha Life Esports, despite falling to Gen.G on Saturday, remains level with T1 at 19-9.
